Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant Superintendent And Water/Wastewater Plant Operator.
The Mayor and Council of Federalsburg are currently accepting applications for a Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant Superintendent and a Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator for the operation and maintenance of the Town of Federalsburg's water and wastewater treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations. The Mayor and Council are looking for someone with a working knowledge of water and wastewater treatment plant operations and equipment and reporting requirements. These candidates must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed. These positions are open until filled.
Minimum qualifications:
Water/Wastewater Superintendent- Candidates must hold a MD Class 1 water Treatment Plant Superintendent's License and a MD Class 5A Wastewater Treatment Superintendent's License; must possess a valid Maryland driver's license; a Maryland Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred.
Water/Wastewater Operator - Candidates must hold a MD Class T1 (or higher) Water Treatment Plant Ope3ator's License and a MD Class 5A Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator's License; must possess a valid Maryland driver's license; a Maryland Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred.
